We prepare Photographic Schedules of Condition on behalf of developers / builders who may be carrying out construction work in close proximity to existing properties and wish to record their condition prior to the commencement of works. Individual property owners also engage us to record the condition of their property if no provision has been made by the developer / builder to have a Schedule of Condition completed. Schedules of Condition can also be prepared for tenants entering into a lease. Frequently, such schedules are appended to a lease and will record the general decorative condition and any defects visible prior to a tenant occupying a premises.
Road Safety Services
Colm was appointed as a Board Member of the National Roads Authority from January 2009 – December 2011 and was a member of the National roads Authority Audit Committee from Jan 2009 – December 2009. This position included the delivery of the completion of the major inter-urban route network, on time and within budget. We have extensive experience in road safety including Road Safety Audits for non-national roads (stage 1 – 3), Traffic management plans in accordance with Chapter 8. Road signage and lining design and junction and parking layout design.
